I got all excited for a minute there, thought that Pigsback had added Amazon vouchers as a reward.

    It costs 205 points per £10 for £30 & £100 of vouchers and 200 points per £10 for a £50 voucher
Er, not what I had in mind. You're winding me up, aren't you?! :)

No, it's that it costs more points to order a £100 voucher than (2 x £50) vouchers.

    Which makes me say: "Duh!"

Edit: Hmm. Actually, Jules, you have said the same as me in a different way, so I'm sending myself a "Doh!!" this time!

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Just had a 300 point N.I car survey :T :T Now all I need is for my amazon points to be added, then I can order my 2nd voucher. Although I am STILL waiting for my Arcadia voucher ordered on the 20/2

has anyone emailed PB about the missing 20/2 vouchers?

I know a lot of people have been knocking PB over the last few days, but 2 vouchers in the last 2 months can't be bad :D

No I'm not winding you up. I'm saying what you've said above the long way round ;) that is is less points per £10 for a £50 voucher and showing my working out like I was taught at school LOL

Had a nice surpirse today, walking past Holborn Tube Station and a young lady was handing out free pigsbag pigs! Naturally I picked one up and now it is sitting proudly on my desk.

Looks like Pigsback are really trying to expand their name - keep up the good work PB!

Whilst you're contemplating the inconsistencies and weaknesses of PB, consider these deals for Amazon vouchers from iPoints, and spot the oddity:

I've probably missed the point of this post, but I've been a member of ipoints for longer than pigsback, I've yet to order stuff with my points and I still only have 235 - at this rate by the London Olympics I'll be able to afford an amazon voucher!

  • Sorry to sour everybody's day, but I've kept my mouth shut over the last few days, (more or less), because I was worried about what might happen if I mouthed off on here. Now I've decided the hell with it. I'm not going to creep around worrying about Pigsback, and I'll say what I think anyway.

Marigold I'm sorry you had such a rough, horrible time of it. You have a complete right to be cross with Pigsback and I don't think you have said anything that is unjustified with regards to how you are being treated.
I hope PB treat you with more thought and trust in future.

Yes, the accounts would appear to have been accessed by the same computer, as we have a network in place operating through a router, which gives everyone on the network the same IP address, and yes, they do have the same or similar activity, as we all use Piggybackquest and this thread to make sure we don't miss anything.
Which to be fair, does look suspicious, unfortunately it's another case of the few spoiling it for the many - people do commit fraud by supplying house #'s such as 36a, 36b, 36c while registering multiple accounts.
They don't know if it's fraud or not, so they suspended the accounts.

According to their terms and conditions, the accounts will be suspended rather than deleted, then all account holders have to contact them before they will be reinstated, maybe with some kind of proof of identity (I don't know exactly what they mean by that).
I have been in touch to explain all these things and the shared house, etc, and they are 'currently investigating', possibly with a view to reinstating our accounts,
Well if they're looking into it and as you say, all is legit, then I can't see any reason why they won't reinstate all accounts, I know it's inconvenient for you and your friends, but I wouldn't get upset, as I said before, people do commit fraud, it's not anything personal, the signs were there and I don't think they have much choice apart from investigate.
It has all got really horrible, with them playing silly games like sending me an email with another person's name on, replying to my email by sending it to my daughter's email address but with my name on it, etc, trying to 'catch us out'.
Now that I would be upset about, get copies of the mails you say were sent to others in reply to you etc.. and quote them in a strongly worded complaint, an investigation on their part should not resort to them trying to decieve you - that's out of order and needs looking in to.

I hope it all sorts itself out anyway, once they've heard from all account holders i''m sure they will honor all points that are owed.
