Dormouse wrote:Great post, Redrum, and I agree 100%. I, too, am getting annoyed with having to chase up points. I've had to chase three recent sign-up lots of points, and it looks like there's another one on the cards as I haven't had my Ebay points either.
What really gets to me is the somewhat patronising tone of PB emails. "Are you sure you used the correct email address?", "Are you sure you followed the correct link?". Well, as someone pointed out, most of us have never heard of half these companies that we're signing up to, so yes, we're bound to be using PB's links. And if I'm signing up purely for the points, I'm going to make damn sure I'm using the right email address.
What PB have got to realise is that there's obviously something wrong with their tracking systems, otherwise so many of wouldn't have all these problems!
And to top off my disappointment with PB, the person who won yesterday's Ticketmaster quiz has won before. Why are the same people winning all the time??? Don't tell me that's coincidence! :wall:
I agree that there is certainly something wrong with PB tracking system. As I advised in an earlier post my OH ordered a PC through Dell and went through PB. Many emails later and does he have the points to which he is genuinely owed? Of course not!
My OH sent many emails advising PB that they have got serious problems with their tracking system, otherwise there wouldn't be so many disgruntled customers.
Don't get me wrong, I think PB is great when we get click throughs and competition wins for no spend, however, my OH nor myself will ever use this site to obtain points for purchases as it just doesn't happen! Bear in mind that a PC is not a cheap purchase, he has effectively been conned out of nearly 4000 points!

I think everyone is right to feel discruntled the way they so, its aparent that most of us are having a hard time of it, ofcourse some would argue that everything is fine and well, but in my personal opinion i think pigsback is going downhill, there is only so much i can take regarding chasing up points with emails. sure Darragh cheers us up from time to time and we win points and have click throughs, but the overall service is terrible. customer service is so important for an upkeep of any companys future. i'm not one to usually gripe, i am mostly polite and patient, but i have reached my limit of tolerance now. i'm sorry pigsback but you really do have to pull your socks up now, i can see an uproar of unahppy people and this trend is not going to change unless you change.0

SuiDreams wrote:Just a couple of little questions
1) has anyone recieved vouchers ordered on 20th Feb?
2) have vouchers ordered after 20th been recieved?
Just wondering as there seem to be a lot of us missing vouchers ordered on 20th
I ordered 2 vouchers on 20th and they've not arrived yet either - was going to give it another week before e-mailing though.0 -
I am some vouchers adrift, and lots of points missing too. I think they have run out of vouchers for now. A lot of people have reported getting 2x£5 vouchers instead of the usual £10 one. This makes me think the vouchers are in short supply at the moment. I seem to remember this has happened before, and people waited months for vouchers.essex girl in exile0

mich_city wrote:Depends on how many people choose the same option as you as to how many points you get back.. guess No.1 was a popular (if a little obvious) choice :rotfl:
I think this shows that there are some glitches with the Jackpot system.
As previously mentioned the closing dates on the Jackpots also need addressing. Surely you cant run a "book" that continues while an event is on.
The 6 Nations Rugby Jackpot is the prime example. 5 weeks after it started you can still bet on it!!!
