Recieved My Audible Points this morning and have ordered my next voucher. Thank you Pigsback for sorting my points out.

Me too!!!!! And I send them an email saying that I haven't recieved my points yet that were promised. Seems they may have had a mistake in the system or something like that.

    Hi,

Just to say thanks to people for mentioning pigsback, joined after that and plodded away at the daily comps and clicks etc.. Recently earned about enough for a first reward claim.

Anyway, just spotted my balance was higher than normal, and found out I'd won a 1000 points and a DVD. So a pleasant surprise.

I'm not going to join in with some of the sensationalist "this is the beginning of the end for Pigsback" posts that have been written on here in the last week or so, but I have to say that I'm starting to get really bored with having to continually chase up points that I'm owed

Yes, the site gives you something for nothing in the most part. But when you've signed up or registered for a 3rd party site, or spent money elsewhere - on the promise of being rewarded for it - and that reward doesn't happen, then I feel it's a fair grievance

If it was once, or a couple of people, then you could put it down to a few bad experiences. But when it's a lot of people, most of the time, having to chase up points that are owed to them, then you've got to take a step back and objectively ask, what is going on?

Are PB overstretched? Did they mis-forecast the number of people who would sign-up for their site and the various offers, and as such can't cope with the volume? Are they having issues with the 3rd parties because of this? Or is it just "teething problems" for a company that has fairly recently expanded its customer base and target market?

I can't claim to know the answers to any of the above. What I do know is that customer is king, and for a company who has the business model that PB do, this is even more so. As more and more customers get disillusioned by the service that they feel PB is providing to them, they will talk with their feet

The fewer customers PB have, the fewer offers they will be able to negotiate with 3rd-party companies, and the more customers will suffer - a vicious circle

I for one will give PB the benefit of the doubt for now. I've benefited from them in the past, and hope to keep doing so in the future - but my patience only goes so far

Having re-read this, sorry if it sounds like a rant. I was trying to be as objective as possible. Undoubtedly there will be people who disagree with me, just as there will be those who agree - but I don't want to start an argument, just give some food for thought
