Darragh is fantastic - I had a problem that wasn't being solved, called yesterday & managed to speak to him - he fixed the problem on the spot - he did ask that people should call him only if they weren't getting anywhere by speaking to other members of staff though - Darragh, I must say that its the curse of being good at your job that makes people want to speak to you!
