Claiming tax back on dividend payments

in Cutting tax
Hi, my wife is a full time housewife and we own shares in a limited company. We own half of the shares each i.e half are in my name and half are in hers. We recently received some hefty dividends from the company and tax has been deducted. Obviously I have to pay the tax on my shares, but can we claim the tax back for my wife's dividend payment? If so, how?
Thanks
Thanks
