Belkin Surge Protector - Help!

My Belkin 8 way surge protector has had a stiff 'on/off' power switch for the past few weeks and today it has fallen to pieces! (The plastic is slightly broken, and all the springs etc have fallen out!)
I know I bought it from Argos, trouble is I haven't got a clue when, neither can I lay my hands on a receipt as such. Think it was purchased around June last year.
Will Argos be able to do anything at all or will Belkin somehow have to help? Got no packaging either
Really annoying as I thought Belkin were good quality!

argos could only really do anything if you had packaging with the catalogue number on, or the reciept/bank statement/ date and rough kind of time of when you bought it or any kind of proof of purchase. so without any of those, then i would say your best bet is to contact belkin0

Is this something new? Is it retrospective?im333 wrote:belkin do a LIFETIME warranty on ALL their products - just give them a call!
When I bought this Belkin Inverter in November, it only came with a 2 year warranty
