We're not going away in the April school holidays, so we're looking for cheap and cheerful things for DD to do. I came across this via Martin's weekly e-mail, I don't know why I didn't see it before! http://www.asda-sportingchance.co.uk/

The vouchers are available now, so DD will be having a few free taster sessions during her holidays. She already goes to Kupso, one of the martial arts classes on offer (they do first class free all year round anyway! ) but is wanting to start gymnastics, so she can compare a few for free during the holidays.

Anyone else know of cheap or free schemes for a 10 year old in the Dundee area? As you will know, holidays are 6th to 18th April

I dont kmow about spesific things in your area but i phoned the zoo in edinburgh to check if they were open easter weekend and they offered me a half price family ticket if i book in advance so if your willing to travel it might work out a cheap (ish) day out. hope this helps

We were members of Historic Scotland for a year, so all the castles have been 'done', but thanks for the tip.;)

I was thinking a bit closer to home aswell, but we might splash out and have an awayday.:D
