    Morning everyone.. bit less grumpy today, actually slept ok-ish last night, had a really busy day at work and then an evening of domestic goddess-ness.

    Yes, i went to runclub last night... 5.5miles on the cards this weekend... am planning a route but slightly dreading it!

    Len, get your arris out the door and run boy run!!! you obviously have natural aptitude for running, and it frustrates me to see you not use it! If you don't want it, chuck some it my way!

    Glad your ok hun, been thinking about you. You WILL be absolutely fine hun I promise. I bet you if you were to do a 10k race now you would get around...have faith and believe :)
