    Evening :)

I stayed away from Debenhams in the end, but I HAVE to take my boots in for re-heeling tomorrow, so I may call then. ;)

My ankle is hurting again after running yesterday. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's starting to bug me. I don't have any other adverse reaction to the running anymore, my muscles and energy levels recover really quickly, but my ankle is stopping me from running further and more often.

Ice is the way forward - a pack of peas is always good :D

And why not try investing in some sorbathane insoles if you havent already ??

I get a sore ankle from time to time - its usually from too much running on hard surfaces - are you on the pavement all the way and could you switch to grass etc??

    Anyway enough running talk ;)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

OMG I love traveling on my own - in fact I prefer it :D:D

    So far I have been:
    Hong Kong
    Australia
    Japan
    Zurich
New York (although I did meet someone out there I know and stayed with them they worked most of the time so I did loads of stuff on my own)

You should really try it - its not like traveling in the UK where no one speaks to you - its great and you meet sooo many cool people :j:j

I find it very odd that I can sit on a stool at a USA airport bar and talk to total strangers and yet I wouldn't dream of going into the local pub and doing the same.
I love flying and aiports - especialy by myself.
