    Hi Coolname

yes - the houses are giving a great income at the moment due to the low interest rates.

This may seem like the craziest thing you'll heare but if I had bags of cash I would go out and buy as many lettable houses as possible at the moment.

Young people will not be able to get a mortgage for the forseeable future therefore renting is the only option (unless you want to live 10 to a house)

They certainly won't be able to afford properties if people continue to buy multiple properties purely as 'buy to let' thereby fueling house prices and outpricing people who actually see houses as homes.

Good work. You've given me some ideas to use myself. I noticed that you haven't got any 'me time' scheduled and would suggest this is just as important as work

I can't quite add up all that work to fit into the hours in a day, but if it works for you...!

Even though money's very tight for me, I still live by the philosophy "Work to live, don't live to work".

I also meant to ask, with my experiences, is there anyway I could "bolt-on" work as an NVQ assessor?

I used to do this at my local college and got paid £100 for a days work. It's going back a couple of years so might be more now. That was for a VQ assessor.
