Able2Buy-Help?
Hi,
I have just realised that I haven't been paying for a credit agreement that I entered into with Able2buy.
I signed the agreement back in April 2008 and it was a '6 months free' deal. I have had no notification from them that direct debit payments would be taken or on what dates. By my reckoning they should have presented the direct debit back in October.
Obviously this is now overdue, will I be penalised (further interest added) for not contacting them or should I just leave it until they realise that I owe them before I pay anything?
I am not trying to avoid paying what I owe.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check what was one the original agreement.
Some of these put the obligation onto the borrower to start payments, in which case your payments would be overdue etc.
If they have failed to start payments as per the agreement, I'd expect they would have to waive any pentalies.0
