How long for leg to feel normal?

I have had my pot removed from my fractured leg today, I suffered a double spiral fracture of my fibula & have been in pot for 5 weeks.

How long before it will start to feel a bit more normal, it feels like it could snap at any time.

I haven't been referred for any physiotherapy, just left to get on with it.

Sorry, do you mean you had the plaster removed from your leg? Go to your GP say that you are struggling and worried.

The fibula is the smaller bone in your lower leg, your tibia was not damaged? There are exercises that you should be doing to build up the muscle and some that can be done whilst sitting. Your GP should know.

There is a homeopathic remedy called something like Symphisium, I think which helps bones knit together but you may be past that stage now.

Anyway my sympathies to you, just take it slow and easy and it will be fine.
