Pay Rise Deferal

Hi,
Im New to this so any advice would be greatly appriciated.
Last Year my annual pay rise of 3% was deferred for 3 months in April,then again for another month.It was August before I got this rise.
I was the only one in 25 staff that this happened to,and no formal hearing was made.

Im getting the impression that this is going to happen again this year.

Is this legal?

All 300 staff in the company I work for aren't getting a pay rise at all this year, I wouldn't mind having mine deferred if I got one.

My bills have gone up but my salary hasn't :mad:

Same Here!

Bit odd though if you were the only one this happened to? I'm guessing they didn't tell you why? Probably best to bring up these matters with HR rather than discussing it with colleagues as talking about anything pay related could lead to trouble.
