Lady Annabel did you get it sorted in the end? What you do is add the product to your basket, then you go to the next page and fill in your address details etc. Once you've done that you press the 'send the order' button at the bottom and that takes you to a secure page to put your card details in, hope that helps. ;)

Thank you very much! I have now managed to order it. I'd given up really until I got your message. I think it was something to do with my work server yesterday.

Today I went to use my Rose Face Lotion and the BB date is 04/09, I have just emailed them as I will not use this within one month.

For some reason both my credit & debit cards refused this purchase!at which point I gave up the will to live! I have never been refused before- it seems odd!

    Hope everyone else does better!

Their CS is very good as I emailed them regarding the date on my Rose Moisturiser and they replied the next day. The Calendula balm is lovely as is the Lip silk, well worth a spend in my opinion.

My hand & body lotion arrived this moring. Well almost, the postman pushed it into my letterbox, got it wedged and left it there!
Had to get my son to go outside and try to unwrap it, still stuck in letterbox, after a few minutes, hey presto, one big tube of hand & body lotion.:T Well done my son
I haven't tried it yet 'cos I'm busy 'trialing' one lol.

I ordered mine on the 2nd April and it hasn't arrived yet, I guess there's been two bank holidays in the middle of this month so maybe that's delayed it...:rolleyes:
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!
