I'm still waiting for one of the sample to arrive since 16th July. and the sample I ordered on 25th july already arrived. anyone know what to do? it isn't big amount of money but still a loss so would you ask them to send a new one?
    thanks

I'm waiting for an order from 21st July still - I emailed them on Sat to enquire. It's showing as shipped right after the order date, I was wondering if it got stopped at Customs as I think it was about £4 over the limit, but I haven't had any cards from the postie or anything, so not sure (they let you know don't they - you don't have to contact customs on the off chance? lol). It's only monday so haven't had a response yet, but the amount of packages that we send over to the US and the amount that gets lost it wouldn't surprise me if a load get lost coming this way too.

They have never been anything other than super good imho so I am not really worried (just want my make up lol)

Update - they got back to me today, saying I had to wait until 26th August and then they would look into it for me, and to contact my local mail office and customs office - no idea where that is?! - in the meantime. So will have to wait. Humpf. (although not blaming them, it's not their fault that the mail people are pants, and they wouldn't be able to claim their money back for months if it has gone walkies at any rate...)

I ordered this and p&p was £2.89 hoping it gets here now.
If they marked your package as samples it shouldn't in theory get stopped by customs.

Yah! Many thanks - I hate their website, I can't ever find anything that I'm looking for (including simple contact details lol). Cheers :)

just ordered mine for £2.91 :)

I only tend to wear foundation if I'm going out (I mean out out not just out of the house lol) as I can't be bothered faffing applying liquid foundation in a morning...is this easier? and quicker? and more natural looking? I'm hoping so...then I can look gorgeous every day lol
  • I could be mean and tell you to read the thread for the answers to your questions... but I'm going to be "nice" today and tell you that the answer is Yes to all of them ;)

Received my lastest sample pack yesterday and went for a few shades darker than my normal very pale colours, and have to say even the darker shades arn't too dark, so anyone with very pale skin give the darker shades a try :j

Boo - it's gone walkies. Have to wait until August the blooming 26th and then let EM know and then they can send a new package. Boo Boo Boo - I hate our (as in the worlds) mail systems, they suck (or, we are just *the* unluckiest people ever to walk this planet!)

  • Thanks for this OP!! Can't wait until mine arrives (fingers crossed!!!)

Just thought I'd let you know that p&p is now down to £2.94 as exchange rate has changed - every penny counts eh? :D
