Yup but their always the low voltage not the 100w equivalent!

In morrisons I bought the 100w ones last year..

I recently replaced all my 100w normal bulbs in the house with equivalent of 75w energy saving. 5 of them were 89p or something from Tesco. Once they are warmed up I cant really notice a difference.
