Need to change mortgage ?

Hoping anyone can help me with this? have a mortgage with C&G fixed repayment till 2014 .Will have a reduction in income over next couple of months . I was wondering would i be able to change to a interest only mortgage or get a longer term mortgage.

Best bet is to phone and ask them - so much is done on a case-by-case basis. Do you have repayment holiday flexibility built into your mortgage?
Have a plan for calling - will income increase in the future (e.g. is this maternity leave or a redundancy situation)? When? This will reassure them.Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0
