mortgage advice please A+L

Hi people ,i am going to apply for a alliance and leicester 3.99% fix for 5 years, does anyone know if tax credits and family allowance is classed as income ?

also i work for my own ltd company with my buisness partner on a 60 40 basis do they need to see company bank staements or personal statements or other to show income ?

with rgds to income is it multiplied gross or net

    Tax credits and any maintenance is classed as income but child benefit is not. Hope that helps :D
