what to do with endowment money

hi, folks,,if it is easy money,,i definitely do know what to do with it...but here is the scenario,,money came from an endowment policy under my mom's and my name. My mom passed away and since I was paying for it and my name was there as well,, i got the lump sum of £30K,,my mom's solicitor said there will be some insurance money as well for around £25k but my mom's mortgage was around £37,000 plus some other credit card and loans for another £10,000. So, all in all it will be £55k less £47k,,if I want to keep her flat.

Dont want to lose her flat so, i would like to pay the mortgage and therefore,,i need to pay everything but since the process of the estate is not done yet,,what will be the best way to do with the endowment money i got?

Thanks guys,,i know you will be of very much help...
