Best Mortgage for First-Time Buyer with large deposit?

Hi,

My girlfriend and I are looking to use the sale of an inherited property to fund the purchase of our first house. The inherited place should sell for around 110k and we are looking at places up to 200k. Could anyone tell us where we should go for the best mortgage/advice?!

Thanks a lot in advance!

Get a good independent mortgage broker to look at the whole market for you. Make sure you check whether they will assess direct only deals as well so you know exactly what the scope of their service will be.

At 50% LTV you should have the pick of the rates assuming no otehr debts, your income can support the mortgage and you have no bad credit history
