Help Please.

Hello

Well basically I want your advice on what to do, a while ago I entered the Vente-privee competition where you could win a holiday on an island as well as other prizes, I have won a plasma TV.

Well I have been keeping in contact with them as I have still not received the TV and they have been replying saying that the TV would arrive end of march (ish), but today I just received an email saying if the TV was out of stock would I like them to transfer the money (1000euros) into my account and they asked for my details, should I give them my details ?? I'm a bit worried about doing that, has any one else won from this competition??

id be a bit wary giving details maybe u could ask them too send cheque instead

Personally, I would definitely not give them any details :eek: Someone with a bit more knowledge can probably advise you further as to what to do but I would not disclose anything!!

I would be very careful as the op only posted 2 posts, both to do with that competition. I personally would NOT give any of my bank details for money???? to be paid in to.

ok then thank you for your help, i didnt want to give my details out . i have just emailed them asking for a cheque instead, will see what they say !!!

Make sure they don't issue the cheque in worthless Nigerian nairas!
