LOGIK 20 Pack DVD-R + Jewel Cases - £2.97 PCWorld Collect at Store Only

At first I thought they were jewel cases only but it does say pack of 20 8x. They work out at 15p each. Not bad considering they come with slim jewel cases as well.

The collect @ store function is currently down, so I've just called my local branch and these are apparently end of line stock, so if anyone finds any well done to them!! There's none in Norwich

If you go for these, be sure to inspect them before paying; both the 4X and 8X have the same SKU code 459530 so the system cannot tell them apart and you might be given any. The packaging is likewise virtually identical regardless of speed. It's still a good deal if you get slower discs but you might as well ask for the fastest ones they have left!

Should be available at all DSG stores as they use the same stock computer programme Eclipse. I have had Dixons stock and price check for me in my area before and that came up with both PCW and Currys.


BTW any price ending in 97p is a clearance item.

Great find,
Grabbed 3 boxes of these and could have had more (not greedy)
Manager was convinced they were £11.97 as marked,but when scanned, price was £2.97 as posted.

A word of caution folks - I bought a tub of 50 Logik 8x DVD+R's a while back and I've had more coasters than DVDs. It could just have been an incompatibility with my DVD rewriter (Samsung TS-H552B) but I can't help being suspicious about why they're selling them so cheap.

Buy them to try by all means but keep the receipt safe just in case they don't work with your DVD writer/recorder.
