Work being done affect mortgage

That's what I would do - Thinking logically - Which I know goes against what I said earlier - Taking out the Kitchen and improving it - No lender wont have a problem - Possibly having no Kitchen - Problem!0

To me this just seems so ridiculous! How can a lender complain about there not being a kitchen one day as opposed to the other way! Just makes no sense to me! I guess in these less than stable economic times mortgage companies are like that!
Anyone else with any insights as to what may be best to do?0 -
Is it the case that he will be taking out not the kitchen but the fixtures and fittings that are in the kitchen?...............................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0

It is an open plan room, and he is taking out all the oak, which I believe it all is (think it is 100% oak kitchen, other than the sink, which he is also taking). Does it make a difference if he leaves all plumbing in etc and just takes units?0

think and I may be wrong, to get through a survey it has to have sink, plumbing, ccoker connection and a minimum of 3 units!0

Survey has already been done though (with Kitchen in)... This is so confusing and stressful! Such is life though I guess, no one ever said buying a property would be easy, and I guess this is what you have to go through in order to get something I want at the price I want it!0
