Usually once a DCA finds they can't collect any money on a statute barred debt, they will sell it on to another DCA.

You don't need to worry too much about them - just send off a letter informing them that the debt is statute barred and enclose a copy of the CAB letter. Once you inform them in writing, they are not allowed to continue contacting you for payment. Stating it verbally will jsut be ifnored, so put it in writing.

    Well what can I say......

I would appreciate if anyone can help or give advice.

This same debt is still haunting me.
It has been declared as Statute barred.

    .....

So again im on the phone to the CAB to sort this out.

Is there anything else i can do?
I have severe anxiety and this has really made me quite ill as a result.
    Do? Anything else to do?

No. Just leave it and laugh. If it is about this particular debt, ignore it, do nothing.

Now it is Statute Barred, it is only a problem in your head. There is nothing they can do to you.
