Mortgage advice needed - re abroad

Hi all,
I have half purchased a property in Cape Verde ( company is all above board) and am now looking for a mortgage for the other 50%. Which the rent should cover? I have chosen the guaranteed rental scheme with the developer i.e. 52 weeks, which is less money but have only committed for a year to this . I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice as to the best companies to approach regarding this. e.g UK or abroad?
