OMG i go BR tomorrow and i aint really sure what to feel or think ! i have had this 25k unsecured debt since i was 18, nothing really ever coming off it, lost job at 20 hence debt,failed DMP etc, debt collectors nasty letters , i even cancelled my landline to stop the hassel. !
i have finally scrimped and borrowered money for the fees i collect a friends printer later to print my forms off. today is the last day i pray a debt person doesnt knock on my door.
I have pretty much kept all the debt to myself since i was 18. had many sleepless nights and keeping blinds closed ignoring door etc, it not a nice way to live.
i have a mortgage and secured loan tho in negative equity ( 10k plus loan 10k ) so i have a good chance of keeping my home. i hope the OR allows me too anyway.
I turn 25 in june and i really want to get my life back on track, my girlfriend is the only one who knows about my BR, she is supporting me thru this and i owe her soo much ( no not money ) :rotfl: lol .
my gf dad in the past went BR due to failed business so she understands a little about it. we due to get married next year and want to plan are lives together having this over me is horrible. i feel a fresh start is needed.
im also relieved i have a normal tax code thru this i really dont want my work to find out, im praying my family and friends dont see theBR section in the papers tho i will cross tht bridge when i come to it.
id like to say i blew it all on business oppertunities but i didnt ! reckless spending and very easy credit ! lesson learnt.

no more provident collectors,westcot,bank credit cards payday uk etc.
tho im sure my story aint over yet !
i still have my OR interview to come and will i wont i keep my car ( £2200 ish).

Other than my forms and £495 fee is there anything else i need?
i opened a barclays cash card account 4 months ago cos i was due to go BR then but didnt have all the fee money, will the OR i speak to tomorrow allow me to keep this or will i have to go to co-op !?

You don't need anything else ....
The OR will ask you about your bank account - just tell them that the co-op was opened for your BR and is for your everyday use. They wont have an interest in it, and will tell you so, and you will be able to continue using it.

how ironic i have just had a card come thru post stating some agent shall be attending my house between 8am and 8pm i persume over some debt , it has red writing and says on CSA and LCA. there is a number on there so i may ring them later sayin dont bother im BR from tomorrow . ..

wouldnt worry....they'll have no intentions of turning up (they never do)...the cards are worded in a way you think someone will come (an agent will be calling...this could be in person or over the phone) if someone was mad enough to turn up you dont have to talk to them...they've about the same rights as an avon lady
wouldnt bother wasting my time ringing them TBH...but if it makes you feel better

You will be fine . There is really nothing to it at court and once done you will feel loads better. Be prepared for a lengthy visit though;)

i dont think i will bother ringing them i dont think they will call but hey its there time wasted.
this time tomorrow i will be feeling a different person. OMG i got butterflies, felt nothing upuntil now, realism of it sinking in. :O
