full finals & cca

been making creditors full & finals all rejected so far
but my cahoot debt was passed onto cabot who i cca i have had about 4 letters from them and the last one says we still cant get documents from cahoot after a couple of months of trying you can try them yourself if you want to, in the meantime we will continue to try
Should i make them a very low full final offer thinking that they would accept if they cant find paperwork.
Also with the ones that have been rejected shall i offer again but a bit higher
