HM soap powder - how much?

After having a go at making and using laundry gloop I have finally got round to making soap powder from a recipe on here (sorry - had it so long I can't remember who posted it
but thank you anyway) . Thought I'd try both to see which turned out the most economic to make and use and which got the best results. Stupidly, I didn't write down how much too use for a wash load - can any one advise please?
edited to add that the recipe is 1 cup grated soap, 1/2 cup borax and 1/2 cup soda crystals
