Yeah, am just having a bad few days but generally things are alright! Sorry have been rubbish at keeping in touch.. laptop at home still broken and I think PC at work is about to be thrown through the window... :mad::rotfl:

It was something one of the trainers said on the Australian Biggest loser.....Maz you have to watch it..its quite different to the USA one! They have scary secret trainers......

They also say 'suck it up' a lot....(butt out lenny) like they mean pain and problems....

I just liked the idea of painting a picture in your head of how you want your life to be - like yes smaller trousers etc......

Now I am painting a picture of Johnny Depp in my bed......
