Oh I was okay don't worry thanks hunny - just felt really miserable and teary - nothing really wrong though, same stuff as usual, but some days it's just harder to deal with.

Stu is looking after the kids tonight so I am getting out of the house for a bit. I can't decide whether to do a 2 mile run that's a mile downhill and a mile back up, or an hour at the gym. Need to really start practising running up the hill because in the next week or two it will form the last mile of my 10k. :eek:

I can't wait to be able to say I can run 10k!! So close now! Starting to think I might quite like to tackle a half marathon next! :eek: :eek:

Spud, I dunno where she was cos she works in a fruit and veg shop after work and I will pick her up when I finish work...but I am sick to death of running around after her......for just bullcarp in return....

She is going totally off the rails tbh and when you tackle her about it its just a mouthfull of abuse that you get....so whats the answer I failed once with DS, she seems to be going the same way...its sad cos she is a bright girl (in theory)
