    I had a look at these today in PCWorld. They appear to have mixed new & old stock.

    The old stock which is version 3000uk I believe and says it is © 2004 makes no mention of WPA encryption.

    However the new stock, which has the same part number & barcode, is version 4 I believe and is © 2005. The other way to identify this box is there is no picture of a gorgeous lady at her pc on the front of the box. Importantly, this box states that the item is capable of WPA encryption, so it may be worth negotiating the later version.

    What is WPA? and how do you encrpt? I have an old belkin which I need to encrpt...
