DEFAULTS on my Experian File

I have just signed up and seen my credit report and i a few defaults on my file, 1 of which a can undersatnd and accept however 1 is an absolute !!!! up,
I moved house and did not recieve any statements from Nationwide or any letters etc, i even went into the branch and changed my address still nothing when i changed it a 2nd time and and i started getting letters through about an account that was in arreers and i had missed payments, and with collections etc.
The amount was £15!!! i paid the amount but it is a default on my record and as i understand stay there for 6 years.
Is there anything i can do, i am going to go about trying to resolve the issue but thought i waould try and get some advice hear 1st.

You need to complain to nationwide and suggest that if they had got there records correct as required by the Data Protection Act, this would not have happened.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
