Can anyone tell me how to activate the Maestro card please. I have tried the website given on the letter but find it just directs me to the snack a jacks competition terms and conditions and I can't see anywhere to enter my date of birth etc. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

You need to go onto the web address that it shows on the letter - one of the options is to activate your card (on the left I think) you enter your card number and then enter your date of birth as a password - then you get a message telling you that the card has now been activated0
