Is he sure they are the only two?

It sounds like the broker you are using does not have a grasp of what he is doing, and before he damges your credit file further and potentially that of your father, I would strongly suggest finding a different whole of market broker.

Thanks for the advise-really appreciate it!I think your right about the broker.I am going to save up for another 6 months and take it from there with a new broker.
