Did you include the £1.00 'Statutory Fee'?

You must allow 12 working days (12+2) from their receipt of your request for them to send you, or not, the true copy of the original executed cca.

Okay - there is a wealth of information on the following thread:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=767025

I have dealt with Black Horse (part of Lloyds/TSB) - had to do a Subject Access Request before I finally got my cca.

    Things to watch out for:
    • Many creditors, particularily with regard to credit card agreements, will send copies of the current agreements, or even your original application form. In most cases these do not constitute the 'true copy of the original, executed consumer credit afreement', to which you are entitled and which they must legally provide.
    • When you receive any documentation, please check to see that it contains all of the points required by the Consumer Credit Act, 1974. You will find details of what makes a cca compliant in the above thread.
    • Unless the 'agreement' that they send is 'compliant' and a true copy of the original executed agreement, then they are 'in default' and will not be able to enforce the agreement without the permission of the Courts.
