Can anyone please tell me their opinions/give advice on what survey sites are best? I want to sign up to a few but not all as (being honest) I don't think I can work on pc all day and then come home and spend an evening on it but would like to do a few.........thanks in advance!0

There is valued opinions and lightspeed - I don't like any of them to be honest.... I'm not part of Toluna or pinecone but think they may pay more... Some of the cashback sites will pay you to join the survey sites so perhaps go via that route if you are going to give it a go.. I found I could spend 30-40 minutes on a survey for which I could get a £1! Sometimes then surveys crashed out or they'd say you don't qualify... I prefer reviews eg dooyoo where you get a fixed rate per review... Again people like me can get referral money by referring you to some of these sites or you can go direct...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Valued Opinions isnt too bad. It is frustrating getting timed out but I have had £30 since I started last year. I go through phases of completing and ignoring surveys. One poll is quite good. Lots of smaller quick surveys. Pigsback isnt as good anymore but worth a look to see if you can get a tenner from free signings. All these build up sloely over the year and every little counts so worth a few minutes every few days.
Have you found quidco yet? Great for insurance cash back and many others things. Had almost £400 from that in just over a year.:jMay 2013 new beginnings:j0 -
Thanks SH and KP - i'll look into them and sign up to some later today. I'm not aiming to do loads as just don't think i'll want to sit for ages on pc in evening as do it too much during the day but as you say it all adds up over the year!
Funny i've only been registerd a while and already feel so more organised and positive about things....strange what a lovely forum like this can do
I'm hoping come next pay day my savings totals will be looking far healthier and now have OH (sort of) on board in a few ways things should be looking brighter in a few months :T
Have a good day all x0 -
HI Karen - the forums made a massive difference to me too! I got involved in the finished baskets thread before xmas and thro that and the £10 a day challenge was able to give people fab pressies at limited cost... You will see your savings improve as you focus on it positively - as long as you keep your spirits up you should make good progress...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Afternoon all, what a long day today. It just seems to have dragged for me and I have no idea why
.....all I know is that I have been bored, ate loads and now feel like I need to go to bed. Bit too early for that me thinks :rotfl: ...or is it....
Had a NSD today, getting good at these and have joined the NSD April thread - fingers crossed I achieve my target.
OH at work until early hours so have the flat to myself and have told myself (after a cuppa and a bit of time on here) that it's going to be a clean up night. I'm even going to scrub the bathrooms :T
Must get back to what I do best, lurking on this site

Seriously I was home from 11am today... I think it took 2 hours or so to do the dishwasher another 2-3 hours to think about hoovering my lounge (had to clear everything off the floor to do it) before I finally did it... Got my DD to remove some of her things from the lounge - I did clean the surfaces in the kitchen eg counter and table - floor still a mess tho. I did cook tea for all and take DD's friend home...
Erm... hoover still in lounge tho - not put away and so it goes on....:rotfl: Oh well good luck! I've got lavendar candles burning away to try and relax me tho....
Zippy pointed out in my diary that you need to change your sig for £5 a day to target of £150...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
