Credit Report Question

I don't have a sparkling credit past but I'm trying to improve it and would like some advice please I've got my credit report online from checkmyfile and this is the results

Credit card I owe £606 in no arrears
Old car finance £522 need to make arrangements to pay
car finance £3919 in no arrears.

I have a question regardin CCJ's i have one satisfied for £254 and one active the active one is :

Judgment amount:£320.00
Status: Active

I have no idea on what this one is and this is the only information I have how do I find out so I can pay it?


I have chosen checkmyfile and done all three checks, expieran, callcredit and equifax, Will these online reports show everything I don't want anyone else asking for money do I need to check anything more as I'm trying to rebuild my credit rating.

My credit score is 150 = 1 star which is poor how can I make this better? what is keeping it so low, is it the active judgement and the old car finance the other two I pay regularly and have no problems.

The score is irrelevant. In the current climate even a high score will not get you credit if you have a late payment or two.

You need to ring Northampton court, ask what the CCJ relates to and then consider whether to try and over-turn it.
