Charging orders

lets say the financial institution gets a charging order on your home do you still have to pay the Debt off or is is removed from your DMP as technically they have there money tied up in your property and it would just be like equity release where they would wait till the house is sold before they get their money any one have any clues

You should not have a CCJ or charging order in a DMP, as they are now priority debts. You have to pay them in full and the other creditors get what is left over.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
