I haven't tried entering the codes RoCas kindly suggested yet so don't if i will incur the same problem, maybe you could try starting your order all over again and see if that makes a difference? If not, perhaps look for your product cheaper elsewhere on the web using a price comparsion site such as https://www.pricerunner.co.uk or https://www.electricalcomparison.co.uk .
