looking for a sturdy industrial ladder for my dad, who is quite elderly because he wants to do gutters etc himself. thanks

Also might be worth getting a standoff

Make sure someone is holding ladder at bottom too, had a accident few years back when ladder slipped down wall because of this, so always more careful
