hi all,
Ive been advised that you can keep your Co-op account open when going bankrupt except when you owe money on it.
Has anyone else found this to be true?
thanks,
bman

if its a basic cashminder account i've only known of 3 occasions where an account has been frozen/closed (that was a grumpy OR in brighton)
make sure you have enough in the account to cover household bills etc any more cash then the receiver "could" take an interestWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

Hi
I contacted my OR yesterday about using my cashminder that was opened before I went BR. He said as it was for day to day living there would not be a problem.
As Phil says just make sure there is not a lot of spare cash in there only what you need to cover your outgoings.
