So Generali, as a transient/drifter type, are you really as successful as the comic suggests? :D

When I was a kid and I saw someone for instance driving a Rolls Royce and commented on it to my Father he would say "they have either got a lot or they owe a lot". Never a truer word etc etc.
When it boils down to it many have not got a pot to p1ss in but they want you to think they have.
I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Whenever I see one of those ****ing ridiculous 4x4 things I just think you're in a lot of debt for something that doesn't hold it's value.

If I was loaded I would rather keep my head down, it's a dangerous world out there :D

I read in the paper recently a lot of vehicles are losing up to 60% in 12 months.

    I wish !

I am half looking for a car (1-2 years old) but this quote has been conflated from

    1) New cars lose between 30-60% of their value in the first few years

    2) A new Maybach 62 costs about £340k, a one year old model recently sold for £130k. I don't think this is representative of anything (not even 1 year old Maybachs!)

My missus uses the Range Rover to do the weekly shop, so that thing has lost over 100% in the last 12 months
