hi,my husband and i will have to go bankrupt next month (i guess) once we hav the 30 day notice from the iva,i hope to do my husbands tax return for last yr on the 6th april and hope to use the rebate to pay fees for bankruptcy(still asking the ? i imagine everybody does ,how to pay when ur going bankrupt we hav no money!!) i hav spoke to debtline etc ,but really want to know where we start 1)when do we open the bank account,2)who do we need to tell ie,gas/electric,phone,etc .3)what forms and where do i get them from? .i am sure i will have lots more questions but can u help fr now

You can open the bank account now and it is fine to do so, all you need to do is tell the Official Receiver that this is the account you opened for after bankruptcy - then they will write to the bank to say that they have no interest in it. It is very unlikely it will get frozen or closed if you do open it beforehand. But if you are worried, then you can open the account immediately after you bankrupt.
I have not told my gas or elec supplier, nor my phone provider so I wouldn't worry about telling them. just tell your creditors afterwards, don't tell them beforehand.
you can get the forms from your local court, or you can download them & print them off from the Insolvency service website, or you can complete them online saving them as you go. The choice is yours really.
