has anyone had reason to question their points balance, ive just been and looked at mine and its much less than i expected

Yes, a few months ago mine was about £20 less than it should have been. I contacted them and it turned out to have been a problem with my account - I signed up several years ago when they first started and they've since moved to a new system. For some reason none of the surveys I'd taken recently were showing up on the system.

In response to my request I was asked to provide details of all the surveys I'd completed and that weren't showing on my account, along with the dates I'd completed them and how much I should have earned.

You can imagine what I thought of that plan! Not a chance. Fortunately though I emailed them to this effect and gave details of one I'd completed the previous day and they were able to locate all the surveys and points that were missing. I ended up with £40!! Fantastic.

So try and contact them in the first instance and see how it goes from there. Good luck!!

thankyou i will do that, im sure im owed alot more than whats showing which is 1232 points and ive done loads of surveys and never requested a payout up until now and i find out not enough points to request one

As the above poster says, contact them and let them know which surveys haven't been rewarded. I have around 8 to 10 surveys which haven't been added to my account yet and will give them a little while longer before emailing.
