I have been contacted with regards apparent debts for an aa credit card and an aa loan. I have disputed these debts and now both accounts are now with collection agencies. I have contacted both agencies over a month ago requesting a copy of the original credit agreement with as I understand it they are legally obliged to provide under the consumer credit act 1974. as of today they havent provided said agreement. are these debts legally enforceable?

How did you request the CCA. Did you send the £1 statutory fee?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
i requested the cca by recorded post with a £1 postal order enclosed. I've kept proof of postage and made a record of the postal order serial number. I've also got my own hard copy of the letter.0
