Hi Guys,

I need some advice on this cos i simply haven't a clue.
Hubby & I got our home repossessed, eviction order is tomorrow, First plus have also managed to get a possession order and have been granted it - i don't under how, anyway the court paperwork came through last week stating firstplus had been granted the possession order and also a money order??? Today i get a letter from a company stating they could help us as we have a CCJ, obviously from First plus as its the same amount owed. I don't know how to deal with this?

Thanks Ras, we're already in rented so we're ok in that department, i'm more worried about the CCJ, i didn't know that a company can be granted a ccj on someone without informing them, i thought i should have received paperwork that i should have filled in within 14 days? I have had nothing - on the same day they were granted the possession order on the house they got a money order aswell?? Anyway i also don't understand how they were granted the possession order when the same court had already granted the possession order to the mortgage lender?

Please can you get together the paperwork you do have and speak to National debt Line who can work this out. It is going to be too difficult to do on here.
