If you like gammon, try Nigella's recipe - you basically cook the gammon in coke/cherry coke instead of water. It is delicious and doesn't taste of fizzy pop at all!"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee."0

I second crispy's idea, Ham in Coca-Cola is absolutely delicious, it gives it a kind of honey-roast, bbq taste. I think Nigella also does a Coca Cola cake - a chocolate one. If you are interested I have the books somewhere and can look them up for you.0
