Natwest/RBS and Payplan

I entered into an agreement with Payplan in February and they are helping me sort out my debt. All the creditors have agreed apart from Natwest/RBS. They're threatening to take me to court because they don't agree with my financial plan. If they take me to court I'm sure they will give them the same financial deal in my plan because I have no more money to give. Do you think it's just a scare tactic? Has anyone had similar trouble?
I feel annoyed with this bank as we've all had to bail them out of a financial crisis, you would think they would be more sympathetic!

Sorry I have no advice re the court (altho i have heard this can be a scare tactic) but I'm also with Payplan and the people causing me trouble are RBS (inclusing Natwest, Mint and Tesco).

Have you asked for your credit agreement with them? (there's more help on here, i haven't done it tho yet) I think that would be a good next move for you!

PS. Have to you told Payplan? As they've always been very good at advising me when i have questions! I'd give them a ring!
