I'm reading 'Bad Luck and Trouble' by Lee Child. It ws recommended to me by someone  and although the story is quite good, I'm not convinced the writing style is all that great. I'll persevere with it though - it's the first time I've been able to pick it up without getting upset, and as I spent £5 on it, I'm damned if I'm going to get rid of it without reading it! :rotfl:

  • Off back to uni again in a sec but I need to rant before I go. Flaming Lloyds locked my c/c for booking from National Express!   Slightly more than it to that, since I didn't use the card for about 4 months and then had to use it quite a bit in a short period of time, but they said what triggered it was the National Express booking. Apparently, they've had a lot of fraudulent bookings for them lately. Yes, if the card had been stolen, I'd be very grateful for they doing that. But now, it was just a pain in the backside. It's unlocked now but it really annoyed me.

Ooh that's interesting, I tried to book something on National Express trains earlier and it wouldn't go through, was OK on Virgin though  I think it is daft when they lock cards, why can't they just give you a ring to check first?
