Getting totally fed up with Britannia

Despite having no complaints with them for the past 7 years or so, I'm rapidly getting fed up with them.
Our 5.29% fixed deal lapsed on 4th Jan this year and we've been sitting on their SVR ever since, waiting for a new deal to go for, ideally under 4% for 5 years (our LTV is around 60%).
The two BoE rate cuts before the last one only ellicited a small decrease in their SVR and/or fixed rate deals but the last BoE cut has had no effect at all. Their SVR is still at 4.49% which, when the BoE rate is 0.5%, looks disgraceful to me, or am I being naive?
I'd prefer to stick with them rather than go through the hassle of moving elsewhere and I don't really want to be paying out large fees to secure a new deal (i.e. over 500 quid) but, as they're showing no willingness to offer a decent deal whilst other lenders are already offering sub-4% 5-year deals, I'm starting to ask myself whether I should just jump ship now rather than hang on any longer.
Thoughts?

Talk to them. Print out details of a good deal offered by someone else, and ask if they can come near to matching it.
Remember that they are merging with the Co-op, so you will soon have access to the Co-op's range of mortgage products without changing lenders.0
